…I know I promised a Zuko drawing that had the same mood as “Sad Toph”, but I just couldn’t resist an alternate universe for them (I blame you fanfiction! >_>. And I also blame that “School Time Shipping” short for inspiring the imagination.

If you can’t smell the Zutara wafting from this, I’ll just kindly point out Katara’s necklace. No, it’s not an error on my part, I purposely made it red. You can read the little snippet on the bottom. :: *cough*ENGAGEMENTNECKLACE*cough* I think it’s sweet for Zuko to try to understand Katara’s culture.

Here’s a little explanation of what my twisted mind was trying to accomplish.
Sokka and Zuko go to the same high school. They wear different colored button-up shirts according to which class they’re in.

Katara goes to the same school as Azula, Ty Lee, Mai, Suki, Yue, etc. Again, their color depends on their classroom.
Aang and Toph go to the same school which is an all-boy school. Toph couldn’t stand her old private school since it was an all-girl academy and snuck into Aang’s school, all the while fooling her parents into thinking she’s still attending hers. Nobody hasn’t figured out she’s a girl…yet. Just wait ‘til she’s at that certain age for the girls to mature.
