Flapjack: Jewel of the Seven Sweets

The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack is a highly underrated show as well as being unpopular with the masses. Keep an open mind to the extremely talented, witty, and creative artistry and writing of the series that's usually overpowered by the overtly distorted face that makes Flapjack Flapjack.

Now, not many can, or should even, handle what the show throws at the audience.

Let me just say that from watching this show, there is absolutely nothing that I would change about it. It's twisted for the sake of being twisted. I would never in a million years be good enough to come up with something as creative as what Thurop Van Orman and the writing crew have concocted. I don't know whether to describe the show as mind-numbing or deviously ingenious.

I'm actually wondering how long it will run before 1. The creator runs out of twisted ideas or 2. The network cancels it like Nick did when they pulled the plug on Invader Zim due to the wild hysterics of overreactive moms. :/ That will be a sad day.

About the drawing
This is just 15-year-old Flapjack in all his adventury-excitedness. :3 I haven't really figured out K'nuckles' and Bubbie's character designs, yet.

His green scarf has transformed into his coat, and the shirt he used to wear is now the thing that keeps his hair tied.

I was also watching Indiana Jones 4 when I had come up with this crazy idea.

This is the beginning of what I believe is bordering on obsession... >_> ...And also a new comic.

WOW. I'm stoked. over 1,000 favs????? Thanks everyone! The last time I checked, there were only 20 favs! Ain't this show THE BOMB????! I hope Mr. Thurop van Orman runs Flapjack FOREVER!!

For some reason, my brain and stomach just can't take too much "twisted." :'( XD Invader Zim kind of scared me, but I'm glad it was on for as long as it was, cuz now I get to work on a fan comic of it with my friend! ^_^ It's tons of fun, so yeah. XD

I haven't seen this show, and I probably won't (cuz like I said, I don't do "twisted" XD) but I love this picture nonetheless! He's so very cute, and I love the costume design. Awesome colors too! Just really great pic! :D

I eagerly anticipate such a comic. This show is indeed highly underrated and personally I'm glad that's the case...it means that heavy attention won't ruin it. It could always a little more love, of course.

I like that show too! Actually, it's a good thing that it's underrated. At least it won't dry out like Spongebob.
