Seeing as Spring sprang a while ago (sorry I was a slacker), this contest will be more of a mini contest, how about having it end on May 1? Still enough time to come up with something awesome! You know the drill, put Zhao in some kind of situation involving this season and we vote for the best liked one <3 Prize will be something like arts or something, we'll see what we come up with *eyes Rufftoon's future copies of Water Tribe*



Ummm, I saw 's contest about Zhao. I thought it'd be funny to do since I stalk that place, anyways. And since the deadline is like May 1, this was the fastest coloring I've done in my entire life... O_o; And this isn't the most original idea, but...it was the only thing my brain would let me draw. >_>

The sketch and coloring took me about 2 hours. If you can visualize it in your head, ideas will come. I've never attempted to draw Zhao before, but going to NoSelfControl's page just changed my mind about the guy. I also realized that Zhao had the most tragic ending. It makes it all the worse if you were the arrogant bastard that died in the hands of the spirit knowing that everything you've done, the people you've stepped on (and more than likely, killed), the morons you've been an asshole to - all were for naught.

Zhao, we give you a second chance at life. Go and be the douche bag you were always meant to be in Season 3.

BTW, I know it wasn't Zuko's fault he died...DIRECTLY... but after Tui regurgitated Zhao on the beach, Zuko just happened to be in the worst place possible at the wrong time.
